I was very happy with the service received by Cornwall Car Hire - the team were polite and helpful at all times and the person in the main office (I think it was Simon) was really informative and made the hire process stress free for me. I will definitely use you again for future hiring in Cornwall.
One question - I returned my car on Sat, when can I expect the £500 deposit to be paid back to me?

My feedback would be that you have very good inclusive rates - easier to understand compared to Hertz and Euroocar etc, your rates are also very competitive and I like the ease of the meet and greet service that you offer at Newquay, your staff are friendly and helpful and you are always responsive.

Dear Dail,
This was the second year running that we hired a car from your company.
The vehicle was delivered to our hotel promptly and on time, as per our requested hire. It was in a very clean and tidy condition. This year was a far better system to have a full tank of fuel on delivery, so I only had to top up the tank before the vehicle was collected.
The lady who delivered the vehicle was very friendly, completed paperwork confidently, pointed out any damage , and went through controls etc on vehicle. This process went very smoothly as did the collection at the end of hire.
As Iv'e said in previous correspondance, your company provide excellent service, and I would recommend to anyone coming to Newquay, who require car hire.

Hi Dail, Positives: Delivery service is a real plus and car hire is value for money.
Negatives: On each occasion when making contact had to leave message on answer phone and await response - which can take sometime - imagine that this would put many people off and they would try elsewhere. Exterior of car in very poor condition!
Would recommend to people staying at our holiday cottage - but sense that the difficulties in contacting you will be the biggest stumbling block.

I am sorry you had to leave messages and wait for us to respond. We have less office stafff in the winter months and of course it is unfortunate that we were engaged with other customers on the occasions you were trying to contact us
We have grown quite rapidly in recent years and in response we are launching an online booking service in January for our customers to book that way if they prefer and we are hoping this will leave more phone spaces available to customers who require an immediate response.

Your service was excellent and courteous - the car was no trouble and very comfortable. We would recommend your service. The only minor thing is that we have not had confirmation that the £500 deposit has been repaid as it has gone out of our credit card.
